As stated in our rules and guidelines, this forum is a library of our programs for our students.
Each program is broken down into either lesson plans or subjects regarding that specific program. Each category will be broken down and start with a video threat that will show and explain that particular technique. These videos may be borrowed from other sources online that explain or will be a video taken from our school. This is a work in progress and new videos and new information will be uploaded.
Students are to watch the videos to better educated themselves and to see different angles and explanations so they can practice and study from home. I recommend each student record themselves doing these techniques and posting the video in a new thread under that specific board for critique and discussion.
For example: Point of Reference in our Core Combatives program. A student can watch the video and practice from home. Then they can record themselves performing the POR and upload the video into a new threat titled "John Doe POR". Higher ranking students and instructors can then watch the video and comment on the techniques to critique and praise the student on their work.
We only allow constructive criticism and any hateful or disrespectful comments will be deleted with risk of the commentators disbarring from the forum.
